ClickSend Media provides advanced performance marketing, algorithmic ad management, content-branded site development, and lead scoring capabilities. By accessing our services or scheduling an audit, you agree to these terms.

2. Liability & Performance

While we leverage data-driven models for maximum ROAS, digital advertising markets fluctuate. ClickSend Media does not guarantee specific CPA/CPL targets unless explicitly outlined in a Master Service Agreement (MSA).

3. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated creatives, copy matrices, and landing page designs produced by our ecosystem remain the intellectual property of ClickSend Media until full project sign-off and transfer as defined in the applicable MSA.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to interfere with the operation of our systems, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Sumter County, Florida.

6. Changes to These Terms
